Stories Key Values • This book is to help women navigate stress and the role it plays in the body. When designing The Invisible Load, we wanted to represent the opposite of stress, the feeling of being light, calm and tranquil. We used light coral oranges and dusty sky blues to bring this feeling to life. The book was shot at Cabarita beach. We wanted to incorporate images of the sea as it can symbolises tranquility as well as stress. At times the ocean is peaceful, a place to breathe easy and relax, alternatively the ocean can be is rough, wild and overwhelming. Illustration was used to shed light on mental health as well as provide informative graphics of the biochemical results of stress in the body.
